Sean Price

Sean Price has a diverse work experience that spans both the private and military sectors. Sean began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Team Lead and later as an Operations & Development Manager. In these roles, they managed personnel, resources, and operations, and played a key role in briefing strategic and operational plans to senior leaders. Following their military service, Sean joined BrandSafway, where they completed the Leadership Development Program and held various roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Process Improvement and Industrial Projects Cost Control Manager, and Regional Project Controls Analyst. In their most recent position as Director of Project Controls, they led cost control and management accounting reporting across multiple sites. Sean currently works as the Head of FP&A at Stier Supply Company, pioneering the financial planning and analysis function and leading forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for profit and cost centers.

Sean Price completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy. Sean then obtained two additional certifications: the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in November 2021, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2019. Currently, Sean is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
