Suzanne started their career as a Finance Group Intern at Beazley Group PLC, where they primarily focused on examining offshoring the accounting department and negotiating insurance coverage with agents at Lloyds of London. Suzanne then joined First Horizon National Corporation as a Credit Products Intern in 2004 and later worked as a Corporate Control: Forecasting Intern at the same company in 2005. In 2006, Suzanne joined Stifel Financial Corp. as an Associate and stayed with the company until 2013. Suzanne then moved to Stifel Bank & Trust, where they held the position of Vice President from 2013 to 2017 and currently serves as the Community Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. In this role, they are responsible for commercial lending and leads the bank's community development efforts to comply with the Community Reinvestment Act.
Suzanne A. completed their education at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Suzanne obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and International Business from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from 2005 to 2006 at the same institution.
In addition to their academic degrees, Suzanne A. also obtained professional certifications. Suzanne became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Missouri in January 2007. Suzanne also obtained the Series 63 and Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2007, although the exact months are unknown.
