Sam Rothwell

Sam Rothwell is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and COO of the European Fixed Income team at Stifel Financial Corp., overseeing a team of over forty across various European offices. With a career spanning over two decades, Sam has played pivotal roles in structuring and negotiating loan transactions at Stifel and Knight Capital Group, and contributed to the development of a global loan booking system at Goldman Sachs. Previous experience includes managing substantial risk in leveraged finance positions at Credit Suisse and performing financial reporting at Bayerische Landesbank. Sam holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Massey University.
