Stephan Schöll

Stephan Schöll currently serves as Leiter Personal- und Führungsentwicklung at Stiftung Lebensart since September 2023. Previously, Stephan held the position of Lead Agile Coach at Aktiia from June 2022 to June 2023. Between July 2009 and May 2022, Stephan worked at Visana Krankenversicherung, where roles included Agile Transformation Coach, Scrum Master, and Leiter Development Center ECM. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Business Unit at Unic from 2007 to 2009 and as Geschäftsführender Partner and Software-Entwickler/Projektleiter at Contact Solutions AG from 2002 to 2007. Stephan completed a Dipl. Ing. ETH (MSc. ETH) in Betriebs- und Produktionswissenschaften at ETH Zürich from 1994 to 2002 and earned a degree in Primarlehrer from Lehrerseminar Kreuzlingen (PH Thurgau) from 1992 to 1994.
