Susan Brittain

Susan Brittain has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Susan began their career as the Assistant Public Relations Manager at Woodbine Development Corporation in Dallas, TX, where they worked from 1981 to 1984. Susan then joined Frito Lay as a Product Manager, overseeing the Tostitos and New Products, and later served as the Zone Marketing Manager for the Southwest Region from 1986 to 1990. In 1990, they became the President of Stihl Southwest, Inc., a regional distributor for Stihl outdoor power equipment in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and east Texas. Susan is currently employed as the Director at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, a position they started in 2005.

Susan Brittain attended Harvard Business School from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an MBA. Prior to that, they studied at Southern Methodist University from 1978 to 1982, earning a BBA in Business/Marketing and a BFA in Journalism.
