Katrina Don Paul has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Katrina joined Stile Education in 2016 and held various positions including Head of Customer Support and Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and Community Coordinator at Stile Education, where they were responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating community activities. Before joining Stile Education, they served as a Technical and Administrative Assistant at Universitätsmedizin Göttingen from 2013 to 2015. Katrina started their professional career as a Science Teacher at the Department of Education and Training in Victoria from 2009 to 2012.

Katrina Don Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Zoology from Monash University in 2008. In the same year, they also completed a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) from La Trobe University, specializing in Education. Additionally, they hold certifications in Agile Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management and First Aid from Hero HQ, obtained in 2022 and April 2021, respectively.
