Derek Schauer

Derek Schauer is the senior vice president of Investments at Stillwater Capital, where he is responsible for leading the underwriting, structuring, and management of new development opportunities, as well as overseeing the asset management of existing investments.

Prior to joining Stillwater in October 2020, Schauer was a Senior Director of Acquisitions for Westmount Realty Corp and also led the Asset Management and Acquisitions departments for Cawley Partners.
