Thomas Hoy

Thomas Hoy is a development partner at Stillwater Capital, where he is the lead for all multi-family development activities related to Phoenix and Denver land acquisition, entitlement and development efforts. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, acquisition analysis, entitlement, permitting, design, construction and marketing of projects in both the Arizona and Colorado markets.

Prior to joining Stillwater in June 2020, Hoy ran the Arizona market as Vice President of Multifamily Development & Land Acquisitions for Leon Capital Group.
