Jinais Dacosta

Jinais Dacosta has a diverse work history, including serving as a Recruiter for Stillwater Human Capital LLC beginning in 2022 and as a Coach for Just4Veterans starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, Mr. Dacosta worked for the United States Marine Corps for over two decades, holding positions as a Recruiting Manager/sales trainer, Hiring Manager, Human Resources Recruiter, and Electrician from 1998 to 2022. As a Recruiting Manager/sales trainer, Mr. Dacosta assessed recruiters' specialties, supported the development of execution plans, negotiated terms with agencies and achieved set goals. As Hiring Manager, they performed interviews, set goals with candidates and acted as a point of contact. As Human Resources Recruiter, they created recruiting strategies and collaborated with management to develop policies and procedures. And, as an Electrician, they worked from 1998 to 2009.

Jinais Dacosta holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Park University in 2004. Jinais began their educational journey at Central Texas College in 1999 and received an Associate's degree in General Studies in 2001.
