Prior roles include General Superintendent and Construction Superintendent at Louis-Company, LLC, as well as positions at Stim-Tech Inc. and Marathon Oil Corporation focusing on completion engineering and consultation. Stephen's career began in the Marine Corps and transitioned into the energy sector, where expertise includes providing quality fluid systems and technical advice on well stimulation fluids for hydraulic fracturing, along with maintaining training in related areas.
