Arnold Agina

Arnold Agina has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2008, they started their career as a Marketing intern at Shoppers direct, where they were involved in designing a database, coordinating deliveries, and marketing the concept of home deliveries. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Personal Assistant at Quintine's Lounge Cyberjaya, Malaysia. In 2012, they interned as an IT Assistant at the Cooperative University of Kenya. In 2013, they joined Stima Sacco Society Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Credit Assistant and Customer Relations Assistant, Credit Control Officer, and Credit Officer. Their responsibilities included evaluating creditworthiness, assessing clients' financial status, monitoring loan portfolio performance, initiating recovery processes on delinquent loans, and providing financial counsel. Throughout their career, Arnold has demonstrated their ability to analyze data, ensure compliance, and provide quality analysis to inform business decisions.

Arnold Agina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kenya Methodist University, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Makini Academy from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their high school education (KCSE). Arnold also attended Makini primary school from 1994 to 1995, completing their primary education (KCPE). From 1987 to 1993, Arnold attended Strathmore School, where they received primary education. It is unknown whether Arnold pursued any further education at the University of Nairobi as the start and end years are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Arnold has obtained various certifications. Arnold completed the following certifications from IBM: "Data Understanding and Preparation" in October 2020, "Banking and Financial Markets Industry Intro" in September 2020, "Data Science & Analytics Intro" in September 2020 (obtained twice), and "Artificial Intelligence V2" in August 2020. Arnold also completed the "Artificial Intelligence Intro" certification from IBM in July 2020. Furthermore, Arnold obtained the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Skills For Africa in August 2019.
