Pauline Rhoda

Pauline Rhoda has a strong work experience in accounting roles. Pauline started their career in 2011 as an Accountant at N W Realite valuers and Management Consultants, where they were responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and managing supplier payments. In 2013, they joined Stima Sacco Society Ltd as an Assistant Management Accountant, where they handled branch and cost accounting duties. Their responsibilities included preparing monthly branch performance reports and submitting them to the Finance Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Ag. Management Accountant, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Management Accountant at the same company.

Pauline Rhoda completed a Master's Degree in Finance and Investments at the University of Nairobi from 2015 to 2016. Pauline then pursued a Certified Securities Investment Analysis degree in Investments and Securities at the Star College of Management from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking from Moi University from 2010 to 2012. In 2007 to 2009, they studied at Strathmore University and obtained a CPA in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelors of Business Management degree in Banking and Finance at Moi University from 2010 to 2012.
