Rosemary Karanja

A business leader with over 20 years of experience, most of them working with Savings and Credit Cooperatives at the senior management level, contributing to the areas of strategy, business, and finance. Rosemary has been instrumental in helping saccos to deliver on its key corporate strategies by influencing and reshaping service delivery while promoting a culture of improvement. She is a certified Leadership for Change champion by the Cooperative University of Kenya and an AKIM member. She is also an MBA (Strategic Management) finalist at JKUAT and a BCom (Finance) graduate from KCA University. She is passionate about cooperative business as a transformational model and enjoys working with memberbased organizations for growth and development.
