Etienne Houle is a seasoned Technical Architect at Stingray since December 2012, where expertise in MPEG-TS and various audio and video codecs has enabled the design of innovative, cost-effective solutions and a technical vision for next-generation OTT streaming platforms. Prior experience includes positions as a Back End Developer at Stingray, where backend functionalities were developed using Java, and as a Programmer at Relic Entertainment, specializing in network synchronization systems for multiplayer gaming. Additional programming experience was gained at EA Mobile and Irosoft. Etienne holds a degree from Cegep de Victoriaville, completed in 2002.
