Pamela Dal Bozzo has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, serving as Director of Communications for multiple establishments since August 2001, including The Stinking Rose, Franciscan Crab Restaurant, Salito's Crab House & Prime Rib, The Dead Fish, The Old Clam House, Osso Steakhouse, and Crab House at Pier 39. Additionally, Dal Bozzo worked as a Restaurant Consultant for Calzone's Restaurant until December 2022. Dal Bozzo’s role at The Stinking Rose in Beverly Hills concluded in October 2023.
