Ann Thomas

Ann Thomas, Esq. has an extensive legal and leadership background, currently serving as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Stinson LLP since 2016, where responsibilities include establishing DEI initiatives and overseeing a Diversity Action plan. With a commitment to promoting diversity in the legal profession, Ann has also contributed to various boards, including Planned Parenthood North Central States, as a DEI and Finance Committee member. Previous leadership experience includes founding Esquire Coaching Inc., focused on consulting for diverse and inclusive workplaces, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals.
