Shruthi Shetty serves as a Senior Manager of Design & Program Readiness at STIR Education since April 2023, focusing on program design in Karnataka. Prior to this role, Shruthi worked as an Associate Product Manager at The/Nudge Institute, where responsibilities included designing learning maps and evaluation metrics in the Ed-Tech sector. Shruthi's experience at The/Nudge Foundation included serving as Vice Principal, overseeing facility and operations management, staff development, and the academic performance of the Gurukul Program, along with a role as Life & Learning Trainer, providing mentorship and psychological counseling to students. Earlier professional experience includes editing and managing the Nitte University Journal of Health Sciences and training life skills at PeoplePro Enterprise for Social Impact. Educational background consists of a Post Graduate degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, English Literature & Criminology, and additional certifications in Design Management and Global Governance.
