Kusuma ("Dany") Wardany possesses extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Kusuma serves in Business Operations at Stir, where strategies for employee engagement and cost-effective cloud service deployment have been successfully implemented. As the Founder of Team Bulo, LLC, Kusuma specializes in streamlining business operations for growth. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Strike, LLC, strategic initiatives led to significant increases in operational efficiency and reductions in overhead costs. As an HR Business Partner at McDermott International, policies and programs developed resulted in increased employee satisfaction and substantial cost savings. Additionally, Kusuma has a notable background with the United Nations, coordinating significant health initiatives across Africa and achieving impactful results. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador in Jakarta, managing communications and coordination of the Ambassador's schedule. Educational achievements include a Law Degree from Universitas Jayabaya and certification from the Texas Hotel and Lodging Associations.
