Msodl Renee Patterson

Renee Patterson has over 15 years of work experience in various roles focused on human resources, efficiency analysis, and management. Renee is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stirista since May 2022. Prior to this, Renee worked at Firstmark Credit Union from 2007 to 2022, holding positions such as Human Resources Director, Business Efficiency Analyst, Retail Support Manager, and Financial Center Manager. Renee also gained experience at USAA as a Consumer Loan Officer in 2007 and at SACU | San Antonio Federal Credit Union as a Senior Teller from 2004 to 2007. Renee has a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership (MSODL) and is SHRM-SCP certified.

Renee Patterson, MSODL, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in organizational development, leadership, and human resources. In 2019, they obtained their Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to this, in 2017, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the same university. Renee's dedication to furthering their professional development is evident as they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in February 2023, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
