Ryan Schaad

Ryan Schaad has extensive experience in quality management and process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quality and previously as the Lead Process Engineer at Stirling Ultracold since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Quality Manager at ProFusion Industries from January 2019 to August 2020 and held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Stirling Ultracold, Division of Global Cooling, Inc. from July 2015 to January 2019. Ryan began a career in quality control as a Quality Control Senior Specialist at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc. from January 2010 to July 2015. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Ohio University, completed in 2009.
