Sushant Bahukhandi, SHRM-SCP is currently the Vice President- People Experience and Administration at AICL Communications. Sushant previously worked as a Sr. Manager HR at Unipath Specialty Laboratory. Sushant has a strong background in Human Resource Management, with experience in designing HR policies, managing performance systems, and handling channel development and institutional sales. Sushant holds a master's degree in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a PGDM in specialized sales and marketing operations from Xavier Institute of Management.
