Ali Payne

Ali Payne is a seasoned Lead Engineer at Stitch Fix, contributing to the launch of Elevate, a grant and mentorship program for underrepresented minority entrepreneurs in the fashion industry. With an extensive background in software engineering and development, Ali has worked across various organizations, including roles as a Python Engineer at TEKsystems for Kroger, Senior Research and Development Engineer at Cincinnati Children's, and CTO at Adyptation, where significant achievements included securing multiple SBIR grants. Ali's technical proficiency encompasses a wide range of tools and technologies such as JavaScript, Python, React, and AWS, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Currently, Ali also serves as a Board Member for The Rust Belt Neighborhood Development Corporation, focusing on strategic neighborhood reinvestment.
