Steph Meleck has a strong background in customer success and operations. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Market Research Executive at Marketing Solutions International. They then transitioned into psychology-related roles, working as an Assistant Psychologist at RISE Drugs and Alcohol Service and the NHS National Problem Gambling Clinic.
In 2016, Steph shifted back to customer success, taking on the role of Account Manager at ICC Health. They continued in customer success at Touch Surgery as a Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2017.
At uMotif, Steph held various roles, including Project Manager, Head of Project Delivery, Head of Customer Success, and Director of Professional Services. They worked at uMotif from 2018 until 2021.
From 2021 to 2022, Steph served as the Director of Operations and Customer Success at Ampersand Health. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Stitch, starting in 2022.
From 2007 to 2010, Steph Meleck attended The University of Manchester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology.
