Ajay Narayan Danait has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ajay Narayan Danait started their career at Plexus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Engineer from 2000 to 2002. Ajay Narayan Danait then moved on to Blue Star Infotech Ltd. where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Ajay joined Valtech as a Technical Architect, Senior Agile Coach, and Senior Project Manager. Ajay Narayan Danait worked there until 2010, during which they also served as an Agile Consultant to Societe Generale and Travelocity. At Valtech, they played a crucial role in implementing agile methodologies and leading agile teams.

From 2010 to 2018, Ajay worked at Stixis Technologies, where they held various leadership positions. Ajay Narayan Danait started as the Vice President of Agile Global Strategies and later became the Vice President of Technology & Process Innovation.

In 2018, Ajay joined Everi Holdings Inc., where they currently work as an Agile Consultant.

Ajay Narayan Danait started their educational journey in 1980 at Sister Nivedita English School, where they obtained a Senior Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.). From 1992 to 1994, they attended The Kelkar Education Trusts Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts Science and Commerce, focusing on Science and obtaining an H.S.C. degree. In 1994, they enrolled at the University of Mumbai, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering. Ajay Narayan Danait completed this degree in 1998. Additionally, in 2017, Ajay obtained a Blue Prism Certified Developer certification from Blue Prism.
