Sandeep Kumar is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Service Delivery Head and Tech Support at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing service delivery and technical support for 5G products. Prior roles include Vice President of Network Deployment, Operation, and Support at HFCL Group, managing a significant $500 million project, and Program Manager at Tech Mahindra, leading complex RFPs across Europe and the Middle East. Sandeep has also held leadership positions at SAMSUNG India Electronics Ltd, Nokia Siemens Networks, Vodafone, Tata Teleservices, and Aircel Digilink India Ltd, gaining expertise in network deployment, operations, project management, and technical compliance. Sandeep holds an executive program certification in program management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as PMP certification from the University of Pennsylvania, and degrees in Electronics & Communication from Kurukshetra University and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
