Ray Giangiacomo has over three decades of experience in research and development within the cement and concrete industry. Currently, Ray serves as Manager of R&D Cement/Dry Lab at Sto Corp., a position held since 2004, and has previously progressed through roles such as Senior R&D Group Leader and Sr. R&D Chemist. Prior to this, Ray worked as a Sr. R&D Chemist at The Euclid Chemical Company, focusing on cement-based repair products, and held similar R&D roles at ChemMasters and Tamms, where key contributions included the development of various cement-based products and technologies. Ray began a career in product development at Master Builders (now BASF), emphasizing advancements in concrete admixtures. Educationally, Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Cleveland State University, obtained between 1986 and 1990, supplemented by studies at Cuyahoga Community College from 1983 to 1985.
