Andreas Niermann

Andreas Niermann has extensive experience in product management and acoustics, currently serving as Product Manager Acoustics at Sto SE & Co. KGaA since November 2011. In this role, Niermann oversees global strategic product management and heads the Segment Acoustics, previously also managing the Segment Functional Systems. Prior to this, Niermann was a Senior Product Manager at Knauf AMF GmbH & Co. KG from October 2007 to October 2011, where responsibilities included product development, material testing, and acoustical training for staff. Niermann's career began at Müller-BBM GmbH, where a role as Senior Consulting Engineer focused on acoustics consulting and product development from April 1992 to September 2007. Niermann holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Building Physics from HFT University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart, completed in 1992.
