Mike Planer

Mike Planer is a seasoned construction professional with significant experience in project management and supervision. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Structure Tone since January 2014, Mike recently completed the renovation of the Palace Theatre at the TSX Broadway development site in Times Square, where innovative techniques were employed to elevate the landmark theater by 30 feet for retail development. Previous roles include Superintendent overseeing interior office fit-ups at prominent locations and Project Manager at Gerard Construction, managing multiple retail and warehouse projects. Mike's foundational experience includes roles as Site Superintendent and Project Manager at Michaels Management & Development, where work on notable retail renovations garnered industry recognition. With a career starting as a carpenter, Mike holds an Associate degree in Building Construction Technology from Johnson College, completed in 1992.
