Stephen Neeson

As the former senior vice president of operations for Structure Tone New Jersey, Steve has decades of operations and field experience with projects ranging in size from $3.5 million to $280+ million. The common denominator in Steve’s project approach is a focus on exceeding the client's safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives, all while developing a collaborative team environment. Steve has been actively involved in a number of companywide data and innovation initiatives, from the implementation of CMiC, to our inaugural Operations Center of Excellence & Innovation, to our Quality 360⁰ efforts. Steve leverages those years of experience as the senior vice president of technical operations, serving as a liaison between our data and innovation initiative leadership and business unit operations and working with STO Building Group’s chief data officer, chief innovation officer, and others to help establish organizational priorities for leveraging data to improve operational performance and success. Steve is an active member of ISPE, holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional and OSHA 30-Hour trained.
