Doug Sturiale

Managing Director, CVA at Stockbridge Capital Group

Doug Sturiale joined Stockbridge in 2007 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) closed-end, value add series.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Sturiale was a Managing Director at RREEF, where he served as the President of the firm’s value-added commingled investment fund, growing the fund to $3.5 billion in total assets, encompassing over 100 investments throughout the United States. Sturiale joined RREEF in 1999 as a Portfolio Manager where he was responsible for managing in excess of $1 billion in separate accounts, utilizing core, value-added and development strategies covering all major property types.

Prior to joining RREEF, Sturiale was a Vice President and Director of Real Estate Services for Colliers International, where he served as an asset manager and real estate advisor acquiring, redeveloping, managing and disposing of real estate assets on behalf of both foreign and domestic investors.

Sturiale received a B.S. in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
