Matthew Jerry

Matt Jerry joined Stockbridge in 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for one of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) separate accounts.

Prior to his role in portfolio management, Jerry was Head of Commercial Asset Management for Stockbridge.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Jerry served as an Asset Manager for AMB Property Corporation, where he oversaw the leasing, management and financial performance of two portfolios. Previously, Jerry worked in the portfolio management group for RREEF on a team managing a separate account with 25 development and value-added projects. Prior to RREEF, Jerry served as an Associate at FleetBoston Financial and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Jerry received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
