Sandy Fitzgerald

Sandy Fitzgerald joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as a Senior Vice President and Development Specialist for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”). Fitzgerald is responsible for assisting asset managers and third-party property managers in establishing project programming, goals, scope, budget, schedule, reviewing technical consultant and contractor agreements, monitoring project progress and notifying asset management of any issues or concerns. Fitzgerald also assists the acquisitions team in developing scope and review of PCA and ESA reports, recommending additional due diligence, as required. Fitzgerald has extensive experience in real estate project management covering a variety of project types, including mixed-use, office, medical office, retail, industrial, residential and entertainment.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Fitzgerald served as Vice President, Project Development Services for JLL where she held development management responsibilities for mixed-use and entertainment venue projects, including the development of The Battery Atlanta, an 84-acre mixed-use project at Truist Park.

Fitzgerald received a B.B.A in Real Estate and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
