Frank Trammer

Frank Trammer has a diverse work experience in the field of public safety and law enforcement. Frank has held leadership positions such as Chief of Police at the Stockbridge Police Department and Deputy Chief of Police at the Georgia Tech Police Department. Frank also owned and operated Guardian Leadership, a training and consulting company specializing in leadership solutions for public safety. Additionally, Frank has served as an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, where they trained public-safety professionals in leadership strategies. Frank has also worked as a Senior Law Enforcement Instructor at the Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training Council and as an Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Frank's earlier experiences include serving as a police officer at the Atlanta Police Department and as a deputy sheriff at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Frank has a strong background in conducting investigations and has demonstrated excellent leadership, supervision, and training skills throughout their career.

Frank Trammer holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Columbus State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Frank also has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Ohio University, completed from 1999 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Executive Leadership Institute from the F.B.I- Law Enforcement Executive Development Association in 2016 and the Northwestern University- School of Police Staff and Command certification in 2015. Additionally, they have various certifications from the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council, including Advanced, Firearms Instructor, General Instructor, Intermediate, Managerial, Senior Instructor, Supervisory, and Sniper Instructor certifications. Frank also holds an Advanced Leadership Certification from The John Maxwell Team in 2017 and has completed the Command College program from Columbus State University in 2014.
