Todd Kubish

Todd Kubish has extensive work experience in law enforcement and security. Todd is currently the Deputy Chief of Police at the Village of Villa Park since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Supervisor of Investigations at the Villa Park Police Department starting in 2021. Before transitioning to law enforcement, Kubish was the Executive Vice President at GBS Biometrics in 2020. Todd also has a long-standing history with the Village of Villa Park, where they worked as a Police Supervisor from 1998 to 2021.

Todd Kubish attended Willowbrook High School, College of Dupage, and Northwestern University. Todd obtained a degree in Staff Command Law Enforcement with a field of study in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Todd also holds additional certifications such as a Concealed Weapons Instructor, a Law Enforcement Officer, and a Licensed Biometrics Vendor, all obtained from the State of Illinois.
