Francis Xavier Johnson is a Senior Research Fellow who has extensive experience in leading international projects focusing on biomass utilization, land-based mitigation, and climate resilience. Francis Xavier has worked at SEI-Asia and SEI-Africa, as well as Berkeley Lab, specializing in energy trends, efficiency planning, and technology assessments. With a background in engineering, systems science, and environmental engineering, including a Ph.D. in Energy and Climate, Johnson has contributed significantly to policy development and research in the field of climate stabilization and resilience.
