Ann-Marie Brady

Ann-Marie Brady is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and property development. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Stockland since August 2021, Ann-Marie has previously held multiple roles within the company, including Development Manager and Valuations Manager, where responsibilities included delivering valuations for a national retail portfolio worth $5.5 billion. Prior to Stockland, Ann-Marie worked at Ernst & Young as an Associate Director in Real Estate Advisory Services, managing diverse projects and providing strategic portfolio advice. Ann-Marie's career also includes an Associate Director position at Jones Lang LaSalle in London, focusing on European investment portfolio valuations, and as a Valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia, specializing in various property types and development feasibility studies. Ann-Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, both completed in 2004.
