Chris Li

Chris Li is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and management, currently serving as the Senior Commercial Finance Manager at Stockland since September 2020. In this role, Chris oversees a $1 billion development pipeline across Retail, Commercial Real Estate, and Single Family Build-to-Rent projects. Previously, Chris held various finance-related positions at Stockland, including Commercial Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager in National Commercial Finance. Prior experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank, managing group finance and reporting, and KPMG Australia, specializing in external audit for financial services and property sectors. Chris holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce & Science from UNSW.
