Katherine Grace

Katherine Grace was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary on 21 August 2014 and has responsibility for Stockland’s legal and risk functions. As the Company Secretary Ms Grace is directly accountable to the Board, through the Chairman for all matters relating to governance and the proper functioning of the Board. Ms Grace has practised as a solicitor for over 15 years with extensive experience in corporate, property, debt and capital markets transactions working with a wide range of stakeholders including listed board directors, equity investors, regulators, media and financiers.

Prior to joining Stockland, Ms Grace held roles as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Westfield Retail Trust and Valad Property Group.
