Niko Westman

Niko Westman has extensive experience in customer experience, loyalty, and customer data management, currently serving as a Business Solution Owner at Stockmann since August 2018, following roles as CRM Manager and CRM Specialist. Prior to Stockmann, Niko held the position of Key Account Manager at Cision Finland for a brief period in 2018, and worked as an Account Executive at BiiT from April 2016 to November 2017. Niko's career also includes significant experience at Dream Broker, where roles included Senior Account Executive and Account Executive from January 2012 to March 2016. Niko began the professional journey at Nordea as an IT Support Trainee between May 2011 and January 2012. Niko holds a degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015.
