Jared Heinly

Jared Heinly is a Chief Scientist at EveryPoint, where Jared provides direction on software research and development for image-based computer vision. Prior to their current role, Jared worked as a Senior Research Engineer, focusing on 3D reconstruction of scenes from images and video. Jared conducted state-of-the-art research as a PhD Candidate and Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in large-scale 3D computer vision. Jared also gained experience as a Computer Vision Intern at NVIDIA and a Software Development Intern at Numira. Jared's educational background includes a Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Grove City College.
