Kelly Hagarty

Kelly Hagarty is the current ESG Director at stok. Kelly was previously the Senior Director of Sustainability at Verdani Partners from December 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sustainability for Verdani Partners from December 2018 to December 2020. Before that, Kelly was the Sustainability Manager for Verdani Partners from June 2017 to December 2018.

Kelly has been working in the sustainability field for over 4 years and has experience with building performance, resource conservation, stakeholder and tenant engagement, and investor reporting. Kelly holds the LEED AP O+M, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador accreditations.

Kelly Hagarty has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of San Diego in Business Administration. Kelly also has certification from EcoDistricts in EcoDistricts AP, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) in WELL AP, LEED AP O+M, and LEED Green Associate, and Fitwel Certification System in Fitwel Ambassador.
