Paul Smithard McSfs

Paul Smithard MCSFS is an experienced educator and forensic science professional with a diverse background in academia and forensic analysis. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Forensic & Applied Science at Stoke on Trent College since January 2017, Paul also holds positions as an Examiner and Standards Verifier for Pearson. With a strong commitment to teaching, Paul has contributed to Staffordshire University as an Associate Lecturer and has held various roles in colleges such as Stafford College, University of Wolverhampton, Birmingham Metropolitan College, and Sutton Coldfield College. Paul's practical experience includes working as a Senior Scientific Officer in forensics, conducting and reporting on forensic chemical analyses. Academic qualifications include a DipFMS in Forensic Medical Science from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Derby.
