Kara Anderson has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Global Brand Lead for Gin at Stoli® Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bacardi from 2016 to 2022, where they served as the Senior Global Brand Manager for Dewar's, responsible for supporting brand performance targets and driving value creation. Kara also held the role of Brand Ambassador for Malts & Dewar's during their time at Bacardi.

Prior to that, Kara served as the Company Director at Bond No. 9 from 2008 to 2015. In this role, they turned around a poorly performing sports bar into one of the best cocktail bars in Scotland, achieving significant growth despite the economic crisis.
Kara's early experience includes a tenure as an Account Executive at The Lane Agency from 2008 to 2009.
