From 2016 to 2023, Mark worked as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at O'Neill Vintners and Distillers. In this role, they reported to the CEO and was responsible for developing and implementing strategies for sales, marketing, and operational growth. Their achievements included establishing relationships with major US distributors and top retailers, as well as creating a 5-year strategic growth plan to double overall sales revenue by 2031.

Before that, Mark founded and served as the President of Federighi Consulting Partners, providing consulting services to small and medium-sized CPG companies. Their expertise focused on sales strategies, distribution, brand development, route-to-market, and trade marketing/development.

Mark also held key roles at other companies such as GuideSpark, Youngs Market Company, Pepsi Beverages Company, Campari America, Diageo, and E&J Gallo Winery. These roles included responsibilities such as leading customer success and sales strategies, managing strategic retail and national accounts, directing DSD sales, overseeing key accounts, and driving growth in sales and distribution.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, built and maintained relationships with major industry players, and consistently achieved impressive sales and revenue growth.

Mark W. Federighi, CSW has a solid educational background with a focus on business management and leadership. Mark W. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. In 2005, Mark obtained the "Certified Specialist of Wine" certification from the Society of Wine Educators, which indicates their expertise in global wine education. Additionally, they completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Leadership in 2010, further enhancing their executive leadership skills.
