Makia Burns

Makia Burns is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in various roles within the service and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at Stone Interiors since October 2016, Makia previously worked as a Sales Partner at Architectural Ceramics from June 2014 to August 2016, and as an Administrator at EXIT Metro Realty from June 2013 to June 2014. Early career experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teacher's Assistant at Benedict College, School of Business and Economics from September 2009 to May 2012, and as an Intern/Teacher Aid at Alive! Child Development Center from September 2007 to August 2008. Makia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Benedict College, earned between 2008 and 2012, and is a graduate of TC Williams High School, class of 2008.
