Baljinder Nizzer

Baljinder joined Stone King in October 2017 as a Senior HR Consultant in the Employment Team.

She has over 20 years HR experience from both private and public sectors. Over the last 13 years she has worked with education advising Schools and Academies on a wide range of HR matters. Over the last 3 years she has also supported a number of Charities.

Baljinder has advised and supported in wide range of complex HR matters such as absence management, recruitment, organisational change, redundancies, capability, performance, and disciplinary.

Baljinder has also advised on matters relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

She has devised and delivered a number of training courses to Senior leaders, Managers, Governors, and staff.

Baljinder a Chartered member of the CIPD and is also the Branch Chair of the Black Country Branch of the CIPD.
