Jonathan Heskia

Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and having spent his early years at the City firm, Hogan Lovells, in London moved to Lyons Davidson in Bristol in 2005, making Partner in 2011 and becoming its first group general counsel to Lyons Davidson and its associated physiotherapy business, Ascenti Health in 2015.

He moved to Stone King in July 2018 in order to grow a local corporate & commercial presence in Bath working alongside the Corporate & Commercial teams in London and Stone King’s other offices. Jonathan works across a wide range of corporate & commercial, intellectual property, information law (GDPR) and pensions matters in the business and not for profit sectors with a particular focus on commercial contracts. He also has extensive regulatory, compliance and governance experience in a variety of business sectors including food, research & development, insurance, healthcare and legal.
