Penny Walters

Penny started in Stone King’s Leeds office in October 2018 and has worked with a number of academies to date. Penny worked as a HR Consultant for the Schools team at Sheffield City Council and CAPITA for over 15 years. Penny has expertise in handling HR casework including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, performance management and employee relations. Penny is accredited in Internal Workplace Mediation (ACAS) and also has extensive HR experience in the commercial sector.
