Joe Newland

Joe Newland has a strong background in engineering, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Joe started their career as a Co-op Student at Cummins Engine Co., where they gained experience as a Reliability Test Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Product Engineer. Afterward, they worked at Tecumseh Products Company as an Engineer, focusing on designing and developing compressors for refrigeration and air conditioning. Joe also qualified and released a family of DC powered variable speed compressors. Joe then joined Parker Hannifin Corporation as a Product Engineer, where they collaborated with customers on product requirements and worked closely with the in-house machine shop to build prototypes for the turf care industry. After their tenure at Parker Hannifin Corporation, Joe moved to Bristol Compressors International Inc. as a Sr. Project Engineer, where they developed new and improved compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration. Joe successfully led cost reduction projects and new vendor approvals. Currently, Joe is working as a Sr. Project Engineer at STONE MOUNTAIN TECHNOLOGIES INC. The duration of their roles at Bristol Compressors International Inc. and STONE MOUNTAIN TECHNOLOGIES INC. are ongoing, with no end dates provided.
