Michael Adams

Michael Adams, CPA, currently serves as a Business Consultant for Monarch Luxury Builders since February 2024 and has been with STONE Resource Group since June 2011 in various roles including Business Consultant, Partner, and Controller/Chief Financial Officer. Notably, Michael eliminated $5 million in debt within two years through an innovative financial strategy and contributed to the firm’s recognition on the INC 500 and INC 5000 lists. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael achieved a 43% revenue growth during the first year of operations amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, guiding 90% of employees to reach their goals. Previous experience includes roles at Ciox, where Michael prepared financial statements for a public offering, and at Wendy's/Arby's Group, where Michael led the creation of Wendy's first standalone financial report post-merger. Michael's career began as a Manager of Financial Reporting at Rare Hospitality from 1998 to 2008. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Georgia Southern University.
